After being let down by another company

After being let down by another company at 3 pm in the afternoon, I called AerialForce and the engineer turned up at 5.30 pm to fix the problem. Once again thanks very much for your quick response. Cheers Duncan Watt

Called the company they had a technician out the same day who surveyed the job then gave me a price then carried out the work there and then job done exactly how it should be done

A perfectionist at work

Polite, efficient and tidy. I could tell he was a perfectionist in his work and sort the best, tidiest solution for my wires.

TV and wall Bracket with Tyler

We are very happy with Tyler and his friend, the engineers today. They put our TV and bracket on the wall and fitted all the wires so happy with them very tidy. We highly recommend them, they were so professional.

I called to install my TV and had an engineer round the same day! Very helpful and knowledgeable and had the tv fired up within the hour. Excellent service all told and would recommend them.

I had a problem with my freesat box not having a signal. Once Tom did all his diagnostic tests and checked the dish he knew what the problem was and how to resolve it.

We rang on 23rd December and didn't think anybody would be able to help. The engineer was at our house within an hour and a half! Quick professional service, very impressed.
